Where are we located? We are in Balgowlah, New South Wales, just north of Sydney.
Do you have a walk in retail store? No, we are an online only retailer. We keep costs down so we can offer tackle at an affordable price. We don't have a Mall Lease or the other high overhead costs associated with a physical retail store. This means savings for you.
Where's your tackle ship from? We ship all of our tackle right from Balgowlah, NSW.
How long is shipping? Shipping usually gets to most places in a few days. Some remote places will take longer but you will likely be used to the longer shipping times. We ship to all remote places that Australia Post ships to even though it costs us more.
